What exercise equipment do I need for a great workout at home?

You may be surprised how little you need to train at home.  A couple of dumbbells, a stair or step, and an elastic exercise resistance tube are the only necessities.  If you've got more, then great!  Some of my clients have elaborate home gyms while others simply find some free space to train in their living room.  I'll show you how to get the most from whatever you have to work with!

What computer equipment do I need to meet with Brian online?

Surprisingly little equipment is needed to train online.  If you have a computer with a web connection you are ready to go.  Web conferencing brings on-line training to a whole other level and only requires a basic web cam (your computer may have one already built in) and a quick free software download.   You'll be prepared to train on-line in a matter of minutes!

You don't need to, but if you are looking to really go for it you can easily feed your audio/video from most computers to your TV with the addition of a simple cable, too!

I use Skype to interact with my clients online.  Learn more at Skype.com!
