This exercise arrangement is not a suggested program or exercise routine, but instead a way for you to sample just a few of my fitness demonstration videos.  Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

 

Additional Workout Details:

Warm Up for 5-10 minutes prior to your resistance training program or perform it after your cardiovascular routine.

 

Perform 3 sets of each of the following for 15 repetitions.  You can perform them 3 sets at a time per exercise or perform the routine as a circuit for a total of 3x through per workout.
